| Electric Tube Motors |
|---|
| Tube motors are used as an alternative to the springs used in manual 'push
up' roller shutters. They are a more convenient way of operating a shutter. Motors are available with or without a manual over-ride facility. This is used to wind up the shutter in the event of power failure. It is strongly recommended that a manual over ride is used if the shutter covers a large opening or an entrance or exit route. Running currents start at 0.95amps for the smallest motor up to 7.2amps for the largest. All are 230volts. Electric motors can be operated by : - Key switch - Rocker switch - Radio remote control Shutter motors can be controlled individually or by group command. Premises having multiple shutters can operate them all from a single point, using a single switch. Electric tube motors have a 2 year guarentee. Extended guarentees are available, please ask for details. ALL electric shutters are CE marked. |
